3 Old Fashioned

There are a few ways to make an Old Fashioned, but you only really need whiskey, sugar, bitters and an orange twist for garnish. Read more about the history and alternative ways to make it from my previous blog post.

50ml Bourbon

5-10ml Brown sugar syrup

4 Dashes of Angostura bitters

Simply combine all the ingredients directly into the Old-Fashioned glass, stir with ice and add a few extra cubes during stirring. Garnish with an orange or lemon twist.

Originally equal measures of Bourbon, Campari and sweet vermouth, Boulevardier is basically Negroni made with Bourbon. Today the amount of Bourbon is slightly increased. If you consider yourself a Negroni lover, you should try this whisky cocktail.

25ml Campari

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into ice filled tumbler or serve without ice in a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
