Apart from any vodka-based shot, this delicious Galliano-based shooter is one of the most popular in Finland. Everywhere you go, people absolutely love it. In a large shot glass, layer Galliano, blueberry coulis (or blueberry soup is better if you can get your hands on it) and whipped cream. Enjoy!
Galliano is a sweet herbal liqueur with top notes of vanilla and anise. The recipe for Galliano remains a secret; however, we do know it uses 30 different herbs, spices and plants such as juniper, star anise, lavender, peppermint and cinnamon. The vanilla flavour makes it different from any other anise-based liqueurs such as Sambuca. This also makes it delicious served with blueberries and cream.
